At Royal Service Team, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality, real votes within the promised time-frame. However, due to the nature of our services, refund requests will be handled under the following refund policies. They were updated on 25 April 2025.
Eligibility for Refunds
✔️ 1. Fail to provide your bought services for any of our reasons.
✔️ 2. Fail to provide your purchased services for any problem from your side. Such as if your photo is private or country-restricted, etc.
✔️ 3. In the contest, if contest authority stops or cancels the contest, we will refund you
✔️ 4. For numbers 1, 2, and 3, if we already provided any or some likes/votes/followers, then we would refund the rest of the money for non-provided likes/votes/followers. For example, you buy 100 votes. After getting 43, your contest authority canceled the contest. We would refund the rest of the money: 100-43 = 57 vote’s money.
Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Completed Orders – If the order has been successfully completed as per the agreed terms, no refunds will be issued.

✔️ Provide Order Information – Include your order ID, contest link, and reason for the refund request.
✔️ Review Process – Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.
✔️ Refund Approval – If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact our support team first before opening a dispute through your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
